1850 Large Cent Edit: Cleaning Error Reverse

I love the Woodgrain reverse but would love to get some help with a grade. I'm not experienced with these at all so all help is welcome! **Edited: Previously listed as a "Woodgrain Reverse" but concluded to be a cleaning error. Notice how the gunk and dark is still within the devices and in the harder to clean areas. A dip wipe gone bad, left off doing the obverse which is fortunate, er, maybe not...
