Hello. I found 1969 penny. I believe its from Denver. I can't really see it. I weighed it and it was 2.77 grams. My other pennies are around 3.00 to 3.11. Any idea that will help me? Thank you.

Looks like it was damaged, it would be withen weight toloerance if damaged by acid

to CCF. I agree with GrapeCollects. It might have been a buried coin,in acidic soil. In future posts please crop photos before posting. Thanks.

Thank you both. I did believe it was something that damaged it,and I did try cropping photos next time I will do it from my laptop phones are no good.
