Hi
I have a 2016 D Kentucky quarter with different color in some spots in both sides also there is line a small line from the shoulder going down with angle which is not there in the regular version ..posted 2 pics and I'd love to know your idea if it worth grading it or not

Looks like a stain, just environmental damage that happened after the mint. Not an error.
