1991 P Mint Dime, Die Crack Or PMD?

On the reverse, I noticed the line going from the D that curves under the S and cuts through the bottom of the T to the A. I am also curious about the dent in Roosevelt's cheek and wondering if it could be from debris on the die. I am still kind of a noob. I appreciate everybody's help in this wonderful community. On the rev, for example, you can see where some metal has been displaced to either side of the gouge. There are lots of good examples of die cracks posted here so I'd recommend going back through some old threads to familiarize yourself with their appearance.
