1999-D Pennsylvania State Quarter Errors?

I have just started collecting the State Quarters. I found this one and noticed what I'm guessing are errors.In the first photo, look closely at the second N in independence, the bottom right of the N is curled up! There is also a slash(still new to this) right through the last 9 on the date among other things! Can someone tell me what I'm looking at here, please? Images were brought up on screen with a microscope hooked to my pc and then I used my phone to take a photo of that image.

@HG, very good pics, but @john1 is correct that your coin is just a little damaged. This one is a spender.

What about where the N is curled up?

All of it is just damage, not errors. It's referred to Post Strike Damage ( PSD). Value is only 25 cents.
