Yesterday I went through half a bucket of a dealers 90% silver quarters. I did pick up the following Rev B & C 25c:

Nice score! You did very well.

Your C reverse coin was a 1964-D, right? I don't recall reading about any Philly coins having been found with the C reverse.

Yep, 1964D. Keep looking for them, they're out there. It has the reverse of a 1965 clad quarter with the split tailfeathers. Have a good look at the 1965 and after reverse so you will know what to look for.
