Perhaps when it finally comes online will the differences, if any become clear. The "Make your best offer" option was similarly touted maybe a year ago and while I've used it (once), I haven't seen it commonly offered. Contrarily, the BINs are all over the place and I've used them when I want something RIGHT NOW instead of waiting for an auction to finish. Fred Report this Post to the Staff
