Has anyone read the new message from Bill Cobb about ebay Express.?

It sounds like a BIN only listing site.

Don't know how coins will do here.

I am interested in your opinions---

Richard, I also read it and I can't say as I see any difference between the Express and Buy It Now options. Perhaps when it finally comes online will the differences, if any become clear.

The "Make your best offer" option was similarly touted maybe a year ago and while I've used it (once), I haven't seen it commonly offered. Contrarily, the BINs are all over the place and I've used them when I want something RIGHT NOW instead of waiting for an auction to finish.
