The 1968-1972 cents had a lot of Machine Doubling. On the 1969-S cents even the doubled dies suffered from MD. But your coin is a normal coin with Machine Doubling. Just a spender. Hundreds of the MD examples were submitted to PCGS and we all declared normal coins with a grade.
