Classic Machine Doubling. Happens a lot on the larger coins. Note the flat area next to the devices? It it were a doubled die, the devices would be enlarged, not reduced like Machine Doubling on your coin.

Sorry but I already discarded it since everyone said it was MD. Have you tried zooming in on the first picture?
