It is a widely faked/reproduced coin, even in good silver and struck rather than cast. The odds of finding a genuine Syracuse decadrachm anywhere except from an esteemed auction house or from the dirt in Sicily are about as good as your odds of finding a genuine Picasso at a yard sale. However as Finn stated finding a genuine example is next to impossible. It's most likely a fake, but one of the nicer ones I've seen. A more expert opinion is needed to be 100% sure it isn't genuine.
