I think I know the province and mint for this coin but I can't match the Obverse inscription. Can someone help?

Your coin doesn't come from the Szechuan Province. The reverse says Boo-ciowan (Peking) mint = Hupu Mint Board of Revenue.

The obverse gives the emperor's reign name: Ch'ien-lung (1736-1795)
Your coin is listed in Krause as China cash KM#387.1
