1960 D Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC (Large Date?)- Possible Repunched Mint Mark / RPM & OMM? Doubled Die:profile & Eye?

Just want to know what's going on with this coin.The MM-D seems to be with very slight split serif?...above the MM-D seems to be rotated with the concave towards north or a D over S or just my imaginative eyesight? Kindly see if there's a doubled eye? and the number '1' of the date has a spike southeast and what does the spike mean? If I am learning right, the profile seems to have slight doubling?
