This may just be a scratch. Does it look like a die crack? My camera isn't particularly good. It may not be discernable.

@jv444, looks more like a scratch (i.e. damage) to me because it cuts into the rim.

Joe, is the line raised from the surface? Or does it create a trough? Spence is probably right, but I wonder since the photos aren't quite clear enough for me to see.

My camera isn't particularly good. I was thinking it looked raised, but it may just be a scratch. I need a better magnifying tool. I have a small magnifier, but I can't tell if its raised or if it's a trough. I need to get a better tool.

If we're playing the odds, it's most likely a scratch, but it would be pretty interesting if somehow that had been transferred by the die.
