I have a 2001 that has a partially minted 20c stamp in reverse on the rear. You can see the circle of the 20c running through the text as well as the numerals across the Queens image.
The photo shows the coin and and imprint of the reverse, which shows the marking clearer than the photo.
How much would something like this be worth and how do I get it appraised?
From what I can see this is PMD (Post Mint Damage). It appears that someone has put a 20c and a 50c coin together and used considerable force (maybe a press, vice or heavy hammer) to cause this to occur. You can see what appears to be the imprint of the edge of the 20c coin at 5 o'clock.
