mine now is probably VF 20 I don't mind dipped coins... I would rather have dipped than ugly toning

if it was dipped I would think PCGS would have caught it or it was so lightly done that they did not think it warranted a details designation. the overall look of the coin is not as nice as I would like to see so I think it affects the value a little. At $450 its not a bad price but I think that's close to full retail based on the look of it. I would contact the seller and see if they would take $400. you never know
