got a box of the new uncirculated 2019P Wilderness quarters to search for West point coins and noticed a few of the quarters are like this one, I'm guessing its PMD but any ideas of what caused it? Or just missing a small portion of clad, it has some green in it. (grease?)

No problem. That's how you learn. Can't tell. Could be PMD or maybe a struck thru. Always show both side of your coins when you're posting them.

Sure looks like a struck through error. I wouldn't let that go, until you actually know what it is.
