Please can you tell me the reason for Eisenhower dollars 1974D and 1977D are listed as errors on Numista, it doesn´t explain why.

If you're referring to the items listed at https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces15202.html it's because those are silver and were intended to be minted at San Francisco, not Denver.
