Better Photos Of 1967 Washington Quarter With Toning

I posted this quarter the other day with bad lighting and didn't get the input it deserved. So here it is again. This quarter had a lot of gold toning but after taking a hundred or so close up photos the gold tone is almost completely gone. Also why does this edge have a pink ring that very this and moves around like it was painted on. weight is 5.6 but with the missing (wear) metal it should be underweight. Here it is. I believe it is silver and that the apparent wear on the reverse was caused by a single event. The missing metal was mashed. I say this because there arent any rounded edges on the interior devices. They are flat and come together creating a sharp edge. There is still a lot of toning however the bright gold is almost gone. Any input about this coin would be greatly appreciated. Ill let everyone know the results of the metallurgy test as soon as I get them.
