Looks like what back in the 1970's was called a "California Prooflike". Saw a lot of them back then but very seldom today. They were taking silver dollars, polishing them to a mirror finish, and then artificially frosting the devises. Looked really impressive at first glance and fooled a lot of novices (And I will admit I have a beautiful 1881 S myself that fooled me back then. 10 inch mirrors.) Last one I saw I would have loved to have bought, but the dealer knew what it was and wouldn't sell it. Had it for display purposes only. It was a 1925 Peace dollar, deep deep mirrors and white frosted devices. A Peace dollare that looked like a DMPL Cameo Morgan.

I predicte your coin will come back either as Details or bodybagged with a description of "Altered Surfaces".
