panzaldi Bedrock of the Community United States 18687 Posts	Posted 08/01/2020 10:20 am the 83(CC) have average to bold strikes. this one I would put in the average strike category due to the flatness around the hair and breast. luster, eye appeal and surface preservation is a little better on reverse. some minor surface scratches on the neck area and the carbon spot on the reverse is noted. i think the obverse will hold it to MS64 i dont see anything pointing to PL qualities based on the photos Report this Post to the Staff
