Recently purchased this coin and was a bit confused on the grade of this coin, Surface still retains mint luster (cartwheel) but the surface of this coin seems off, Does anyone have an idea of whats going on here?

Thanks ! :)

looks fine to me. the graininess may be from it starting to tone. decent strike. unless there are hidden surface scratches under that toning I think it might come in at MS65. as for color thats a toughie. but RB would not surprise me. nice coin

MS-63BN. The toning makes it hard to assess the surfaces.
Rest in Peace

Is there anyway to take better photos that would allow to show more of the surface rather than the mint luster?

MS-64RB. I think there's enough color to get it to RB.
