Average die clashing and heavy die polishing, especially on the reverse. Average circulation wear. Discoloration of the obverse. In terms of circulation wear, the obverse is F-15 (barely) and the reverse is F-12. The scratches are not enough to detail the coin in this grade, but would likely do so with a VF or higher grade. The blended technical grade would be F-12, with a half point deduction for eye appeal (because of the discoloration and scratches), for a net grade of VG-10. Report this Post to the Staff
