Had my eye on this Canadian Bank of Clifton note for quite a while and finally decided it was time to add it to the collection. It reminds me of the obsolete U.S. currency notes which is probably what really attracted me to it but the artwork was definitely a big reason it was on my list :)

The vignette is of St. George slaying the dragon. The Bank of Clifton is a continuation of the Zimmerman Bank (1858) from Niagara Falls. Although the bank was fairly short lived the notes are fairly accessible. Yours appears to be the engraved type ("1861 date" or no "1" overprint on the "0" of an "1860" date).
