I'm finding a lot of info on the Philadelphia but not on the Denver mint.
Is it Mechanical Doubling? It looks like there's a line around Lincolns head.
Is it worth getting graded?

Looks like a linear plating bubble across the head if it is raised. If it is incuse (Lower than the design) then it is a coin scratch. On AMERICA, that is Machine Doubling. Note how the bottom of the 'E' is reduced? On a doubled die the devices would be enlarged:

On your coin the devices are pushed aside.
