Since Bromac's Birthday falls only once every four years, and this year not being the one, I thought that I would extend a Happy Birthday to him.

I hope that you receive all that you ask for and all that you need.

Happy Birthday, Bill. Since you're birthday only comes once every four years, does that mean that you only age one year for every 4? If so, I might need to legally change mine.
Rest in Peace

Happy Birthday Bill..!!!

For those of you who can't figure out how old Bill is.. The Social Security Admin. has come up with a formula to compute it..

You take the year he was born (A) and subtract 100 years from it.
Then you divide it by the number of dogs he has (B)
Next you add all the digitc together (C)
subtract the first three digits from the last 10 years of his income (D) and the add all the digitd together.

This will tell him when he will be able to start drawing his Social Security

Formula: A-100/2+C-139+D= XXX

Simple..!
