ID Help: A Very Un-Roman Coin In A "roman" Lot

This is another coin in the package of supposedly roman coins I received, but it's design is entirely unfamiliar to me and I have no idea where to start. Any hints as to the era, empire, design, historical context, etc would all be much appreciated. It has some bronze disease, so I'm also trying to figure out if buying some sesquicarbonate is worth it. Weight: 1.72 grams Diameter: 15mm Report this Post to the Staff

However, if you want to use some sesquicarbonate to remove bronze disease, it's not necessary to buy it. It's very easy and cheap to make yourself. Formula for sodium sesquicarbonate solution: 10.6 g of sodium carbonate (washing soda, from supermarket) and 8.4 g of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda, from supermarket) dissolved in 100 ml of distilled water Here's an article with steps to address bronze disease. https://www.forumancientcoins.com/n...ze%20Disease The soaking can be done for a few days at room temperature instead of the hot water method described.
