1926 D/S - S/D - New Error?

This variety does not show up in the NGC error index, but it sure as heck looks like either a D/S or S/D to me. Thoughts from the group here?

The D seems to be well defined with damage to the south of the strike. I could potentially buy the damage also pushed off to the north, but it really does look like the top of an S there.
