Picked up quite a number of 1966 UNC rolls today. Sadly many are in the original paper rolls, which is widely known to do bad things to the coins. Good thing is that they appear unopened so might be more fun things like this one in them.

I didn't check the weight. Can't imagine what else would come out of an OBW roll looking like that other than a struck through.

If not a struck through,the only other thing that comes to mind is a foreign planchet.
