The reverse of this coin definately has a nice PMD scratch on it. However, just below the scratch there is damage which looks like lamination removed. I dont know the terminology.. sorry. Can someone please educate me on this one. I am hoping its a keeper. Thank you for your time.

Thank you everyone for your confirmation. I do believe I have a few more of these type of examples that I will need to photo and post. I had tossed them aside but I am glad I kept them.
