Visually it's nice, except for the gunk on STATES, a few carbon spots, and the patch on the right side of the reverse (which is too blurry to really see). It might be a tough re-sell, though, given the double "scarlet letters" of details and cleaned.

I see hairlines, and that is something that I would usually avoid. If it looks good in hand, I would probably buy it and crack it to put in my album. Its cheap and you can't go wrong. I wouldn't if the hairlines are pronounced in person.

Even if it were NOT a DETAILS coin. $20 would be too much.
Paying $10 would be generous.
$5 would be about right IF you wanted a cleaned coin.

Coin looks pretty darn good for an MS-60 . Besides the obvious cleaning in between most letters it's a fairly clean coin void of hits ,scratches and rim bumps .  |

MS-60 is their default grade for any unc details coin. The price is reasonable if there are no obvious hairlines, but I wouldn't be happy with it if cleaning hairlines are present.

It depends if problem coins bother you.. I generally have no problem buying a problem coin if it's a key date. I'm getting much more detail for my $ and if I ever resale it, I shouldn't have to hard of a time if priced correctly. Common date coin on the other hand, I try and avoid as they are always a hard sell because problem free coins aren't that much more expensive.
