Small Planchet Flaw Or Not?

Found this 2008 $1.00 and after some research have come to the conclusion that this could be a small planchet flaw. Have shown 3 photo's from different angles and would appreciate any comments (whether negative or positive).

Is there a change in height? It looks like a stain to me.

Might be a bit of poorly mixed metal came loose? Do you have a picture of the other side? What does it weigh?
