Ran Across this nickel , Looks to have
some marks on it thats man made,
I would say it is ... but want to be sure.

Picture quality is terrible I have ordered a camera
Seems as though its taking it forever to get here.

On Jefferson's jacket you can see the number 6, is that one of the marks you are speaking about? Yes, that's definitely "man made", it's called a counter-stamped coin. What did to "6" mean? Your guess is as good as mine. If you search on it (upper left hand corner) you'll find a whole section here on CFF devoted to counter-stamps.

Most people here use their phone's camera which usually does pretty well. There is a whole section on that too here on CFF!

Yeah There is like a circle and a half circle like you said some kind of punch. and the sad thing is @Leslie that was my cell phone cam lol.
