Thanks Sally & jbuck

I haven't kept records but based on my usual weekly noodle I would have noodled around 250000 to find 1 mule.

Since I have started keeping stats (2016) I have noodled a bit under 250000 dollar coins and found 6 mule dollars. I only found 1 mule dollar in the years 2009-2015 when I didn't keep stats but probably noodled around the same number again.

It's all about luck.

Day 657

Found a couple more A-Zers:
The-Big-Noodle:-Australian-1-Dollar-Coins

Then 374 coins into today's noodle I found Charlie:
The-Big-Noodle:-Australian-1-Dollar-Coins

That means it's time to call off the search as far as the dollar coins are concerned. (Like the round 50c piece maybe I'll find a 2021 mob of roos someday. If I ever do I'll post it here.)

Total number of one dollar coins noodled: 68714
Number of different circulation coins found: 151/152*
NCLT coins found: 49
Mule dollars found: 3

I'll post some key date noodling figures when I get round to it.

Well done on finding King Charles, but what is that mark on the coin for such a newly released coin.

I'm sure some kind soul opened their bag of 2021 MOR and released them into the wild.

Machin, what do you think are the odds are of finding the last $2 coins you need in circulation compared to finding a 2021 MOR?

The RAM has been sitting on these 2021 MORs for 3 years.

Considering this fresh influx of 2021 MORs, I reckon I have more chance of finding the $1. Dollar coins are far less scrutinised by the general public than coloured $2 coins. Too many people are snaffling any $2 with paint on it.

Thanks jens coins,
You are a real source of information, I suspect you are withholding coin secrets.

Will the upcoming Moonee Ponds coin fair have these bundles available?
Will the Perth Stamp and Coin Show also have 2021 MOR bags for $20?

The Moonee Ponds coin fair won't as the RAM is not attending it.
The RAM couldn't tell me on Friday if they were attending the Perth Stamop and coin show, but they did attend one last year at the end of the year.
The RAM will be attending the Royal Easter Show at the end of March so will probably have them there.
