With the bee, and stag, it is certainly a bronze coin from Ephesus, of the type issued circa 387-280 BC.

WHat I can't tell from these pictures is authenticity. If authentic, such coins in this condition would be worth a hundred dollars or two, in the current market.

However, fakes of these coins are mass-produced and sold to tourists who visit the ruins of Ephesus.
