I'm thinking about buying this coin. It looks XF-45 to me, but I want to know what everyone else thinks about the grade. Is it worth $30?

EF-45 sounds right.

It gets a details grade to me - I see light corrosion on the reverse.

EF-40 But I personally would not buy it seeing those reverse rims .

XF45 seems about right. It's a very crusty example, typical of the series. $30 seems in the right range.

i can get it XF40 but not at $30 which is full retail. i'd pass on it for eye appeal and cost

Decent strike, and fairly even wear, but I see EF Details because of the environmental damage on the reverse.

Looks like it may have spent some time in the ground. Surfaces on these coins are never granular. A pass for me too.
