Nice strike, The ding above eagle's head stops it from being a 64 or 5.
MS-63.

Very desirable example.

Sharp rim edge and strike detail and stars make me suspect that it may even be a proof.

With high end coins, and where there may be a difference in a prospective buyer's opinion on grade, the best way to arrive at a price is to submit for public auction, with a secret reserve.
Expect a wide variation of opinion on sold price in this case.

It the owner wants to keep it, then a a value doesn't matter much.

I'm at MS-64 on the coin. The contact marks on the cheek and above the eagle's head could hold it back to a 63, but the eye appeal and strong luster ultimately elevate it to a 64 in my mind.

Seems unanimous that this is a great coin. MS-65 seems possible. It's an exceptionally beautiful bust half.

Pretty good guesses on this one, I think it's a really nice example.

It sold for $7,637.50 in 2015 at auction.

Nice...I wheel and deal just at a much smaller level and occasionally I felt like I let them get away. I bet you enjoyed being one of the custodians of this one. Thanks for sharing.
