Let me know if title is wrong but this 5 cent has spikes at top of coin and near necklace also there is the band part of crown on echidna's forehead and a few clashed lines here an there. Correct me if wrong.

Partial collar and collar die clashes are different , one is an error and the other is classified technically as a variety. Partial collars are usually to do with the rim on the coin when the planchet is improperly inserted into the collar and struck. They can either be described as a tilted partial collar or a straight partial collar.
