Here is a nice ebay auction that was forwarded to me earlier today. Why people still pay for die cracks is beyond me. What does everyone think?

So far no-body is paying for that one...I have found some die cracks but none like that.

I am not impressed by die cracks in modern coinage, but I love them in the older coins for attribution purposes.

While I think die cracks and the such are pretty neat (I make a point to put them aside when I find them), I don't feel that they should carry much of a premium. I mean, after all, they are "damaged"! It is pretty neat on a modern proof, seeing as how they are supposed to be so carefully produced and all.
