1993-P Quarter - Lamination Error Or Die Break?

Coindom76 Valued Member United States 205 Posts	Posted 01/26/2023 07:32 am I believe this 1993p quarter has a lamination error. It is very noticeable on the obverse. The obverse appears to have a small retained lamination under the Y in LIBERTY, flaking along the rim/above Washington's forehead and cracks throughout. I'm trying to visually distinguish lamination errors without mistaking them for die break errors/events. I have been looking on error-ref.com as a reference website. LIBERTY, Date,mm, crack, through Washingtons head/hair, under Washington's chin/neck area and behind the top of his head under/aside Y. Thanks again.
