Can't seem to find one with the same stance. Other side is not readable but this clearly looks like a bird with wings.

It's an eagle from, probably, a Roman Provincial. I suspect it's from Moesia Inferior given the stance and rendition of the talons, maybe from Marcianopolis like these:
