Here is a pic of a bill I am thinking about buying. What does everyone think about it? It looks to be in fairly good condition to me. I don't see any folds, but I do see what looks like discoloring. Any guesses on what it might grade? What would be a fair price to offer for this?

Would you mind taking a photo without the flash?

The back is a tiff file and photobucket wont let me upload it. Any idea how to convert it? I downloaded easy graphic converter, but I can't seem to make it convert.

Thanks

I think it would be easily XF. All the folds are light, and it doesn't have a strong middle fold. Paper looks bright, too.

About the price, I guess someone else here will hit you up with that.
