This helps the people here see what's going and to identify any possible errors or varieties there might be on a coin. J-Tal Valued Member United States 115 Posts	Posted 10/24/2023 3:01 pm The "doubling" goes in many different directions. Doubled dies do not do that. A 1985 Doubled die would not show up on the mint mark because the mint mark is applied to the die After the steps where a doubled die creation event would occur. Report this Post to the Staff
