A little too much "noise" in the left obverse field and on the cheek keeps it out of MS65 to me, but I think it's a nice 64.

Looks to be a 63 in these photos but could go up or down with better lighted pics. Reverse leads me to believe it is UNC, but the obverse is indeterminate.
