Looks like Machine Doubling, but then again, there are many actual doubled dies that have similarities to MD. It would help a lot if you posted images of the full obverse and reverse of the coin.

Yes, it's customary to post full, large and sharp images of the obverse and reverse. This helps to establish the full context of what we're looking at (and looking for). Thanks.

most likely MD. But it customary to provide a year and mint and Denomination of a coin being presented - that way we are not guessing. Also full coin images are required of both sides too. (read the rules on posting).
