Levaril Valued Member Canada 289 Posts	Posted 02/12/2024 12:37 pm Contact marks from other coins won't hold a coin back from MS if it is actually uncirculated and they aren't some weird PMD. The lowest grade they will give it is MS60, unless they net grade it for some other flaw (harsh cleaning) like they do sometimes at ICCS. Looking baggy isn't considered an MS flaw by any of the 3rd party grading companies other than to bring the numerical grade down closer to 60. I'd call this one MS63BN. Report this Post to the Staff
