Looks like MS sharpness with few marks, notably one in the neck below the jawline, but muted luster. Great strike. 63 or 64 seems right.

This remarkable piece is graded MS63 by NGC. It is currently available for sale at $44,750. I imagine a wealthy collector will snap it up.

I'm glad I was close. It's a stunner--and one that many collectors will fantasize about owning regardless of whether it's a 62, 63, or 64. My only Draped Bust Heraldic Eagle dollar is an 1801 in EF(40), I chose it because I thought it had strong details for the grade. MS bust dollars seem to be in another league entirely.
