I have a1807/6 large cent graded by PCIgrade G4 and holdered as "Spit Planchet After Stike"
I want to remove it for closer look and get some opinions here out of the prison.
Good idea or bad idea. I'll need some strong " don't it" arguments not to.
What would you do?

If mine I would take good pics while still in the slab, post pics so people can say if they agree with the grade or not. If most agree with the grade, I wouldn't remove it. Just my opinion.

The grade is less relevant to me than verifying the error correctly

Take a photo or two of the coin in the holder then crack it out. I'd keep the PCI label with the liberated coin.

I would crack it.

If you have a cam that can take close up pics, USB or macro, the error can be verified before cracking out, but do what you want.

The PCI slab has no added value.
