I have a nice 1993-P Nickel with a slight MAD strike and a Partial Collar at the area of the MAD.

OK... I am going to show my ignorance, and ask what is a MAD strike? I can see the partial collar.

Quote:

A MAD Strike is a Mis-Aligned Die - that is when one side of a coin is struck centered on the planchet, and the other is not centered.
Notice how the obverse is off to the lower-left of the planchet? There is no rim showing on the right side and 'Liberty' is right at the edge.

Nice looking example.

Edit: Congratulations on your 40,000 post milestone. I missed it. When does the contest start?
