Flattening from circulation, Grease filled, or just the normal area of light striking from the metal flowing into the lower portion of Lincoln's bust area leaving the reverse weak sometimes . Take your pick.......

I'll add PMD - the dent under Liberty and the rim dings under Abe's bust and above States show that this coin has been through some things.
