Sure does look like 29, and even the mint mark position on the obverse seems to match.

Tropicalbats , the reason I said that it looks like #29 but it wasn't was because the top part of the cracks looks to be an early stage of #29 , what do you think? , sorry I don't have permission from COC to upload picture of #29 to compare .
